How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is custom-made to order, reflecting the artistry and care it deserves. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery as we craft your unique treasure. Pieces that require more time to be crafted will be indicated as such in the product description.
Does your jewelry contain nickel?
All of our jewelry is nickel-free.
Does drilling the diamond or gemstone damage it?
Not at all! We only drill exceptionally hard gemstones like diamonds, sapphires, and rubies—stones that can easily withstand the precision process without compromising their beauty or integrity. We never drill softer or more fragile gems (like emeralds) because they’re more prone to cracking. Your gemstone’s sparkle and structure stay perfectly intact—we’re just giving it a tiny hole so it can become part of your custom charm.
What quality diamonds do you use?
All of our pieces are crafted with lab-grown diamonds graded G+ color and VS2+ clarity by default—chosen for their exceptional sparkle, ethical sourcing, and everyday luxury. Specs are provided for each diamond in the product description.
Looking for something more specific? We can source any color or clarity lab diamond upon request, as well as natural diamonds for those who prefer them. Just email contact@coastalcarats.com before placing your order, and we’ll help you find your perfect stone.
Can I rush shipping?

Do you offer repairs?
Yes! Every Coastal Carats piece comes with a lifetime guarantee for the original owner. If your welded permanent bracelet ever breaks, just reach out to schedule a re-welding appointment—it’s completely free. For other repairs (like clasped pieces or charm fixes), we’re happy to make it right at no cost to you. We believe your jewelry should last as long as the memories behind it.
Can it be worn in water?
Yes, solid gold can be worn in water and won't tarnish. Sterling Silver products will tarnish over time, and extra care should be considered.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email contact@coastalcarats.com with your order number.
Can I have my ring resized with my purchase?
Yes! If you’d like your ring resized before it ships, we’re happy to adjust it for you for a $75 fee. Simply email contact@coastalcarats.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number and desired ring size, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your resized ring will ship once the adjustment is complete.
